2. SPV documentation – validation, and completion of signed LP docs.
3. LPA for SPVs – Registration & Documentation & Deals docs as capable and deal binders
4. Documentation of all transactions from and to startups
5. Documentation of all transactions from and to LPs, and associate it to specific SPVs
6. Calculate VC fund Metrics such as Net IRR, TVPI, etc.
7. Association of fund/management expenses to all SPVs & documentation
Qualifications
Order and Organization, accuracy, attention to detail
Good written communication (potentially with LPs/Law firm/ Accountant)
Economics, Legal, and financial understanding
Investors' Club with an average of 200% gross IRR ($20M+ AUM), investing in early-stage startups at the model of SPVs (investing globally, but mainly in Israeli companies).
The company is in the process of setting up a new VC fund.
