Description
The position offered is meant for a graduate from a quality finance superior degree, MBA Preferred, with knowledge of finance, capital markets, accounting, corporate finance and investments.
He will assist and interface with me the Head direct in M&A work primarily, and secondarily on investment funds placement/advisory work, and administrative work assistance, as under, and as such shall benefit a high pedigree fast track professional training to the best practices of the investment banking industry internationally, and readily usable in any investment bank abroad where desired. Ideally, the candidate would stay on as much as permitted and could access employment thereafter possibly:
M&A: Assist in
– research and analytical work on sectors, targets identification, specific target profiling, or macro information
– company financial valuation modelling (method of comparables -transactions and stock exchange listed companies, DCF, other.)
-drafting of teasers, summaries, info memos, term sheets, or other notes
Fund Placement:
– same assistance as above in terms of research and analyses but applied to investment funds: identification of General Partners, of Fund Managers, of investors, asset classes, mainly Private Equity and other alternatives; regulations framework, regulatory info gathering on investors
– general circularization mailing of info to prospects/investors, and administration
– Funds and managers: quantitative and qualitative rankings & comparisons,..
As well as general administration: classification of docs, files, archives; translation of docs in Hebrew ; travel arrangements, marketing docs, etc.
Languages: English fluent, Hebrew fluent ideal but not imperative, French or other language fluent or very good a plus
Qualifications
Very good English a must
Corporate Finance, capital markets and accounting basics a must
Reading, writing and speaking Hebrew and or German a big plus
