We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the team and help find A level players for our team.
You are
Studying, or graduated with a BC’S in the field of HR/ Organization psychology. Familiar with various recruiting methods, including social media sourcing. Knowledge in full-cycle recruiting, and various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Good interpersonal and communication skills, together with a strong interest in recruiting for HighTech.
As a Talent acquisition Intern, you will
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Responsible for the end-to-end candidate hiring process, including creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position up to the interview stage, and assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references.

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Ability to manage your priorities and deliverables in an unstructured startup environment.
• Confidence in making your own decisions without needing input every step of the way.
