We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analytics Intern. The successful candidate will assist in the analysis of various data sets, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the organization. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to projects that have a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection and analysis of data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data sets
Conduct data cleaning and transformation activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data
Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
Support the development of predictive models and data-driven decision-making frameworks
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions
Document data analysis procedures and methodologies for future reference
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience with data analysis or data visualization is a plus, but not required
