Description
Act-IL interns will be focusing chiefly, but not exclusively, on the following :
● News monitoring & trends research online
● Content & App task creation
● Creating calls to action on various platforms for the pro-Israel community
● Mobilizing the community and assisting with community management
● Content distribution & outreach efforts
● Assisting in campaign creation and associated content
● Leading personal projects in the organization, depending on interests and progress of
interns & the needs of Act-IL
Qualifications
We are looking for interns that are:
● Professional & responsible
● Flexible & open-minded
● Highly reliable & high work ethic
● Self-sufficient & mature
● Enthusiastic about Israel (the country, not necessarily the government)
● Innovative & Creative (in writing or design a plus)
● Critical Thinkers – not only about Israel but their work at Act-IL
● High-Level English speakers and if they speak mother-tongue Hebrew, it’s a huge plus
● Degree in Communication Studies, Journalism or Government extremely relevant, but open to all others too.
● People who are interested at least in one of the following:
○ social media, marketing, online activism, online communities, influencer campaigns, counter-terrorism research, Israel advocacy, and graphic design
