Responsibilities
● Train customers on how to use the unique brain-training product
● Be our customer’s main point of contact in growing their use of the product and technical support needs
● Build customer relationships with top athletes and sports clubs – all over the globe
● Work with customers and the product team on feature requests and ensure their expectations are met in a timely manner
● Manage customer’s usage and report to company’s executives on a weekly basis
● Perform usage analysis and lead projects aimed at increasing the usage
● Perform user’s performance analysis and build automatic tools that will allow our customers to gain even more from using our system
● Manage the full pipeline from sale to daily usage
Requirements
● Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent/native English speaker)
● Capable of presenting technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
● Self driven problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment
● Provide a customer focused approach and a strong sense of ownership over customer results
● Ability to travel to different countries for on-site installations, demos and conferences
● Experience working with Microsoft office
● Proactive approach
Advantages
● Prior experience in a customer facing role within software and/or technology
