In today’s disruptive reality, the public sector must constantly address complex dynamic challenges with effective and innovative tools and solutions. Consequently, policy makers, government officials, and public administrators are in need of practical and professional training, designed for quickly adapting in a rapidly changing environment. Ranked 37th in the world in this field, our international MPA program specializing in Public Administration, Public Management and Policy Studies, offers state of the art public policymaking and management skills on economic, social, and political levels. MSc in Archaeological Sciences

UHaifa International’s MA in Archaeological Sciences offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to combine Israel’s rich archaeological record with cutting-edge scientific research and technology. The first program of its kind in Israel, it takes a multidisciplinary, science-focused approach to archaeology, equipping students with tools for careers in research, heritage, and education.

Part of the School of Archaeology and Maritime Cultures (SAMC), the program benefits from unique integration of land, sea, and lab-based research under one roof, alongside a global academic network.

MA in Peace and Conflict Management

The UHaifa International Master of Arts program in Modern German and European Studies provides students with in-depth knowledge of Germany and its role in the European Union. Since our Haifa Center for German & European Studies (HCGES) cooperates with local and global academic departments and programs, our students also benefit from the opportunity to focus on European-related issues and perspectives.
Our interdisciplinary curriculum offers relevant courses in the social sciences, humanities, economics and law, alongside German language classes and research project opportunities at the center for the History and Heritage of German-speaking Jewry in Israel (AGHJI). The University of Haifa’s School of Political Sciences in collaboration with the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw, offers a unique opportunity to acquire a double-accredited degree in International Relations. Our students spend two study semesters at each institution respectively, focusing on international collaborative diplomatic mechanisms, challenges and solutions, and produce a written thesis supervised by one lecturer from Haifa and one from Warsaw.

Recent offshore deep-sea gas discoveries off Israel’s coast have triggered rapid development and presented major scientific and environmental challenges. These laid the foundation for the International MSc in Marine Geosciences at the University of Haifa—an innovative program preparing students for impactful careers in marine research.
