— Measure and performance report of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).
— Collaborate closely with brick-and-mortar retail partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions.

— Execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database & email, paid media, and advertising campaigns.
— Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
— Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
— A passion for the world of make-up and beauty is a plus
