We are now hiring another account manager to join our team at Natasha Denona Head Office in Tel Aviv.
We are a very international team with co-workers from all corners of the world – all passionate about what we do!
We are looking for someone who can:
• Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship
• Monitor account/customer performance and highlight issues as they occur
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Work with marketing and graphic designer team to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with team members

Requirements:
• Deep commitment to gain knowledge of the customer and the market.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize independently in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
• Good PC and pack office skills
• High level of English verbal and written
