– Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals and objectives
Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia content
– Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
– Identify and engage with relevant online communities and influencers to grow our social media following and increase brand awareness
– Analyze social media metrics and create reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and use insights to inform future content and strategy
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and adapt the company’s social media strategy accordingly
– Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
– 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or B2B setting
– Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
– Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze and interpret data
– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
– Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
– Strong collaboration and team-working skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
