Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Associate, who will play a pivotal role in developing and enriching CASTOR’s sales pipeline
Responsibilities a) Researching potential accounts/leads; b) Enriching current accounts/leads data and developing a data-driven scoring process for potential leads; c) Conducting initial calls with prospects to gain insights; d) Ownership of the hand-over process to the sales organization; and, d) Tracking and measuring the impact of her/his deliverable and fine-tune next deliverable accordingly.

Qualifications

A curious person with proven ability to learn new technologies
Ability to conduct efficient research draw insights from raw data
Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
Team player with high integrity and great drive to make an impact
