The intern will be helping with different tasks such as:
*Taking news bookings or answering guest inquiries
* Developing relationships with clients by phone, email, and in-person at the office or the apartments to answers questions regarding their booking
*Offering great customer support with a positive and friendly attitude
*Helping with check-in and check-out procedures
*Engaging in social media for the promotion of the company, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp ..
*Updating the website and partners website with news properties or promotions
*Office admin tasks: answering emails, updating information regarding new clients (email, passport, phone numbers), maintaining the storage room and appliances

Knowledge in social media

English speaker plus 1 other language (french, russian, ..)
