This is a wide-ranging position in the area of investment rounds in startups. You will be working with every aspect of processing these investment rounds.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze and manage portfolio companies’ financial data
-Work with financial statements, budget
-manage Capital Accounts, Cap Tables
-Process Investment Rounds

-Financial background(through studies or previous work experience) or a strong interest in financial issues
-Strong Excel skills
-Financial mathematics skills
-Understanding of VBA is preferable
