Akko is a gorgeous port city that is drenched in history, adventure, and beauty. The white buildings and colorful rooftops are reminiscent of Greece, with some of the most incredible food destinations in Israel. The old city of Akko, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built upon the remains of a Crusader town. You can see the influences of Romans, Ottomans, Crusaders, Mamelukes, Byzantines, and British in the architecture as you walk down the streets and alleyways of the old city.

The old city is home to a beautiful outdoor market (shuk) that holds tasting tours, warm cafes to sit at, and the most incredible restaurants. Located on the Israeli Train rail, Akko is a vibrant coastal town that will leave you feeling connected to its rich past and excited to be a part of its flourishing future!
