This Masa program is for young adults who want to live in Israel in a real way — by working, supporting themselves, and being part of everyday life here. Participants take paid jobs, gain hands-on work experience, and start building their future while living in Israel, not just visiting it.
Alongside work, the program includes trips, seminars, and shared experiences that help participants understand Israeli society, culture, and themselves. Participants live independently, meet Israelis on a daily basis, and learn through real life — not lectures.
