About the Role
This role is responsible for:
Understanding unique customer needs
Conducting User Acceptance Testing on behalf of customers
Working with project managers to understand customer needs
Working with customers to discuss needs and use cases
Working with the Origami ticketing system to add and update use cases
Working with the Origami ticketing system to log bugs
Working with developers to improve outputs
Suggesting creative ways to improve solutions
Contributing to standup meetings
