MK Alon Tal of the Blue and White party is the only American born and raised member of the 24th Knesset.
His primary issue is the environment and also deals with issues of olim, women’s rights, Israel-diaspora relations and progressive Judaism.
MK Alon Tal has opened an English Bureau to deal with cooperation with international organizations (Environmental and Jewish) as well as constituent services for English speaking Israelis.
Work includes a variety of tasks from translation, writing, event planning, scheduling, administrative work, technical support, to legislative and policy research, preparation of presentations for talks, participating in site visits around the country, and assistance in meeting visiting groups.

Potential candidate can come from a number of backgrounds including environment or politics.
Candidate should have good understanding of diaspora (American) Jewish world and English speaking organizations in Israel.
Hebrew is necessary for this position.
