Creative Nest, a creative agency and studio, is looking for a new Business and Financial Analyst to join our team and help advise and create a financial plan for our growing business!

Job responsibilities include:

• Financial deep dive into Creative Nest.
• Preparing and interpreting financial statements, reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and income projections for the business, while recommending further courses of action.
• Market research on relevant competitors and trends.
• Crafting and implementing long-term business and financial plans for the business.
• Taking part in strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
• Analyze costs, pricing, sales and the company’s actual performance.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience providing quality financial advice.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.
