As a Learning & Development Intern, your main area of responsibility will be Optimove’s ongoing employee learning administration. You’ll be primarily working with our Training Development Manager and our L&D Specialist, Optimove’s main L&D professionals. You will also be expected to initiate and execute an L&D project of your own. If you’re tech-savvy, friendly and learn fast, you’ll be perfect for the role.

Must-Have:
• Tech savviness and solid experience with Excel or similar digital tools
• Quick self-learning and excellent problem-solving capabilities

Nice-to-Have:
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and native English
• Experience in eLearning instructional design
