A significant part of the operation of the organization is weekly based activities where the participants take part in discussions and in sharing their thoughts and ideas. This position includes both creating and distributing new content in relation to current events using methods that apply to young – adults. In addition, the position includes maintaining an ongoing connection with the participants and Shlichim at the different destinations of the organization worldwide in order to understand the local challenges and to create a database of content and activities.
This position includes:

1. Innovation and creation of content for the activities of LAVI houses worldwide
2. maintain a weekly connection with the local representatives of the organization at the different destinations and keep track of their activities and content.
3. creating and maintaining an online database of content and activities.
4. Create a monthly report for the CEO, reflecting the activities and challenges at each destination.

LAVI Olami was established as an educational non-profit organization aiming to enrich the Jewish lives of students, to create a strong connection between young Jewish adults with their Jewish identity and peoplehood, through the establishment of LAVI OLAMI Houses. LAVI OLAMI houses provide a community for students and young adults and offer weekly social events. These houses are led both by local young adults and Shlichim from Israel which creates an unmediated connection with Israel. The LAVI Olam operates in a young environment and focuses on developing content, activities, and connections with relation to current international challenges and even for young Jewish adults worldwide.
