We are looking for an amazing writer to help manage the content on our website (over 1 million page views a month) and our weekly newsletter (44k subscribers).

This is a great opportunity to get some relevant experience and write fun and interesting content that will be read by thousands of people. Previous interns have gone on to get jobs at Wix, i24News, Bookaway and more.

Your training is a key part of this internship. During the internship you will learn how to use WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and more.

We are only a small company so you will be given a huge amount of responsibility from Day 1.

Example tasks:

1. Update our Food and Drinks blog posts – best restaurants in Tel Aviv, best cocktail bars in Tel Aviv etc

2. Manage our calendar – find and write about the best events going on in the city.

3. Write our weekly community newsletter – best events this week, posts of the week

– Ideally either a journalism or business degree.
– Passionate about writing – please include writing samples.

The Ad Ops Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of ad server setup
including set up, programming and monitoring. This unique position combines both
hands-on ad serving management and partnerships management.

Ba OR BS degree preferred
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
Full proficiency with Excel
High level of English a must
Knowledge of Google AdWords Google Analytics and DFP an
advantage
Ability to work with remote partners US based

Brand Advertising

Advertising or Marketing Background

· Research, recruit, and maintain new partnerships in the online affiliate field.
· Build relationships with past, present, and potential partners.
· Performance analysis and optimization, drawing business insights, and identifying new opportunities.
· Negotiate based on data analysis. set campaign KPIs and ensure they are met.

· Experience in a digital department of a global brand/Affiliates experience – An Advantage
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment – Effectively self-manage tasks prioritization, weekly and call schedules.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal). Sales and negotiation skills.

· A basic understanding of online marketing campaigns and experience in e-commerce is an advantage.

We are looking for an amazing Instagram and TikTok expert to join our team. Secret Tel Aviv started as a Facebook Group and never really developed outside of Facebook – we need your help to help us grow on other platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Instagram and TikTok content strategy

2. Create fun content about all the things going on in Tel Aviv – best events, best bars, best restaurants etc.

3. Promote our existing content on social media channels.

4. Grow our followers.

5. Build relationships with other cool social media accounts in Tel Aviv.

The most important thing that we are looking for are people that create great content on Instagram or TikTok and want to develop this skill to be ready for a career in Social Media. Please send links to social media content that you think is relevant.

The position will require building go-to-market strategies, market research and social media campaigns management for Israeli startups facing expansion to a global market.
