Job Description

You Will:
Develop and maintain an intimate understanding of the product, customer flows and billing procedures
Deliver the highest quality of customer care via email, chat and occasional calls
Escalate issues and report bugs to our engineering team
Design and hold frequent interviews with users to better understand their needs
Communicate the users’ point of view periodically to assist the product teams in their decisions

Qualifications

You Are:
Highly proficient in speaking, reading and writing English, with a natural talent for helping users. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and pain-points, and can communicate these effectively to managers and engineers. As well as working well with others, you can produce high quality customer care with little to no supervision.
