Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Marketer to help take our brand creative to the next level. As the Marketing Manager, Creative Strategist you will support the creation of content that is posted on our social media channels, design best in class ads, edit mashup videos that go viral, assist on new product launches, and support the ongoing marketing of core products. You will frequently collaborate closely with the e-commerce, social, and digital marketing teams to ensure we promote our products and brand in the most compelling way, with the right creative assets, and engaging messaging.

As a hands-on creator & manager, this role will require you to wear multiple hats and seamlessly shift gears to ensure all deliverables are complete on-time and of the highest quality. Whether it’s creative brief development, communicating with external content creators, managing deliverable timelines, ad creation, photo & video editing, assisting with email marketing, creative projects, website merchandising, or launching new releases you will be right in the middle of the action.

The ideal candidate should be equal parts creative and analytical, an expert at photo editing and video editing, obsessed with brand-aligned visual storytelling, highly organized and detail oriented, an eye for design, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, entrepreneurship, photography, graphic design, or related field
– experience in creative, branding, digital marketing, advertising; experience at a DTC, e-commerce brand, or physical product-focus at an agency a plus
– Experience creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google with an emphasis on conversion; TikTok and IG Reel ad experience a plus
– Expert at photo editing and Photoshop & Lightroom
– Expert at video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/ After Effects/ Final Cut Pro X/ Davinci Resolve)
– Strong experience with design programs (Adobe XD/ Sketch Figma/ Canva/ Illustrator/ InDesign)
– Experience with email marketing
– Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel
– Passionate about human centered design, user experience
– Experience with data, marketing analytics, and merchandising
– Bonus points for those with a background as a photographer, videographer, or graphic designer
