Job Description

• Managing the department’s social media channels in English (and Russian – if the candidate is a native speaker of the language).
• Work on establishing a dedicated website for new immigrants in English – along with the department’s staff
• Responsible for writing/editing a newsletter in English (relying on the concept that will be chosen)
• Establish a weekly/bi-weekly language exchange event, and full responsibility for its ongoing operation.
• Assist in organizing department activities.
• Make registrations, coordinations and follow-ups among activities that are part of the intern’s responsibility.
• Welcoming the participants upon entry to the events.
• Carrying out satisfaction surveys from time to time.
• Connecting the “Masa” group to the department’s activities.
• Participation in selected department activities.

Qualifications

• People person
• Has the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Native English speaker / at a native level.
• Grammar and proofreading at a very high level.
• Knowledge and understanding of social networks, with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Has the ability to create visual content (with a camera / smartphone).
• Proven abilities of marketing writing and copywriting
*Advantaged for candidates who speak other languages besides English.
