Job Description
Market Study :
* Competitive analysis for blue lemon’s clients through competitive intelligence tools like SimilarWeb or Statista
* Audiences analysis through digital insights and analytics tools
* Simple qualitative market & audience studies when needed
Strategy & client relationship :
* Lead client workshops with bluelemon new clients
* Workshop analysis and understanding of the client brand and business
* Define campaign messages and strategy
* Direct relationship with the client to present results, studies and strategies
Work with creative team :
* Creation of creative briefs and validation of videos, banners or any other visuals created
* Brainstorm with creative team to find new communication concepts and creative ideas
Work with media team :
* Creation of media briefs and brainstorm with campaign managers on the strategies top adopt
Other :
* Work on internal projects like work processes or development of tech projects
* Work on other digital projects like websites creation, copywriting, social media management, etc
Qualifications
Soft Skills :
* Curiosity and great business and digital knowledge
* Stays aware of all market trends in high-tech and digital
* Can easily grasp abstract concepts and synthesize things
* Can easily speak in front of other and persuade people
* Has imagination and creativity
* Very organized, autonomous, proactive and rigorous
Hard skills :
* Good knowledge of powerpoint and excel – good with numbers
* Good knowledge of digital platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ad, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc)
* Basic knowledge in Photoshop & Illustrator
* Knows how to write good marketing copy
* Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing, strategic planning, strategy or project management
* BA in business and/or marketing
* French fluent and English fluent
