Job Description

Medisim Ltd. was established in 1995 and is engaged in developing and manufacturing patented and innovative diagnostic medical devices for home & professional use, selling ~2M units annually worldwide. The Company is supported by ~50 employees at its headquarters in Israel and its subsidiary in the USA.

To achieve the expansion goals we need people that can get passionate and care about their future and their earning potential. This opportunity will involve learning about the medical device market as well as involvement in the creation of innovative marketing tools. The role may evolve into a full-time paid position for the suitable applicant.

Reporting to the VP Business Development, the functions and initiatives may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing market analysis reports.
• Proposal development utilizing top-notch editing skills.
• Special Projects.
• Leading the targeted email marketing campaign to support the Business Development team in increasing awareness of the latest cutting-edge technology developments and project wins to cultivate new opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of the medical device sector; market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function.
• Assist with the establishment of an E-Learning Online training academy, and training kits.
• Assist with the establishment of a Partner Portal.
• As guided, assist with the creation of marketing materials, including:
* PowerPoint presentations to present to potential partners
* Brochures
* Customer Return On Investment (ROI) Calculator / Cost-benefit analysis (CBA)
* Website creation and updates
* Linked-In, Facebook, Wikipedia, and Twitter company page
* Webinars
* Key Performance Indicator report
* Analyst reports
* Press releases
* Technology Solution Brief White paper
* User manual
* Newsletter
* Editorial
• Participating at conferences and exhibitions when required, gathering information about competing companies/partnerships, and identifying potential collaborations.
• Demonstrate (with training provided) the company’s products/solutions.
• Assist in the update to the Company’s business plan, SWOT and Strategic Analysis.

Qualifications

– Excellent level of English.
– Completed or undertaken a university degree.
– High level of computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Products.
– Organized, highly motivated, able to work independently and as a member of the team.
– Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
– High level of writing, communication, and analytical skills.
– Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
– Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments.
– Maintain an organized working environment.
– Reliable and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
