Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will:
– Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist in the coordination and administration of TA transactions (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, etc).
– Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
– Work closely with different departments to make sure all the interviews are scheduled on time (R&D, Product, Marketing, Customer Success).
– Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data.
– Participate and assist in different Talent Acquisition and crossfunctional projects
Qualifications
– Great communications skills
– Organized person
– Prioritization skills
– Bilingual/ Fluent in English
– Eager to learn more about recruiting
– Experience with Slack, HR systems, ATS (a plus)
– Hebrew speaking (a plus)
