Description
Operate, optimize, and grow our partnerships marketing acquisition channel
Optimize the affiliate marketing program (terms, commission structure, etc.)
Develop scalable partnership opportunities deal flow (inbound & outbound) with clear, Measurable goals
Manage the onboarding of newly launched partnerships
Accountable for program business goals and meeting your target KPIs monthly
Maintain great relationships with key accounts inside and outside the industry and develop future accounts and provide them with quality customer service for all existing partners
Qualifications
At least 1 years’ experience as an account manager/sales/business development or similar role
Proven customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of affiliate marketing techniques, deal types, methods, and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
High level of English and French is an advantage (speaking, writing).
Passion for negotiating great deals and optimizing performance.
