Job Description
At this juncture, we are ready for our marketing flywheel to really pick up speed
and, to that end, are looking for a digital marketing [intern]/[associate] to join our
team. We are looking for someone who is super-energetic and highly talented
across a range of digital marketing areas – including both content creation and
marketing tech-stack. Importantly, this person has to be an innovative self-starter,
ready to roll up their sleeves and really pitch in. This position offers flexible hours
and WFH options.
Content Creation – including text, graphical and short-form videos
Audience development – across social media platforms
Influencer engagement and management
Data curation and list management
Campaign data analytics and optimization
Collaboration with exec’s and designer

Requirements:
Experience with several of these digital marketing platforms – Social, Email,
Blogging, CRM, etc.
Knowledge of short-form video platforms (Insta, TikTok and YouTube shorts)
Experience in campaign execution – marketing and re-marketing
Technically savvy with proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies in
marketing-tech stack
Energetic initiative-taker with ability to work independently and deliver
results
Creativity, and high level of attention to detail
Candidate ideally has background in digital communications/marketing
and/or content creation
Other areas of experience that are a plus
Campaign execution via social platforms – especially Insta, Tiktok, YouTube
Shorts
Facebook and/or Linked In campaigns
WordPress or similar blogging platforms
Unbounce or similar Landing Page platforms
Facebook, Google, Apple and Linked In ads platforms
Google Analytics 4
Bachelor’s degree a plus
