Employer Brand Specialist

Melio is looking for an Employer Brand specialist who is a storyteller that is highly skilled on social media.

As an Employer Brand Specialist you will be focused on creating content to support recruitment marketing efforts, aiming to attract top tech talents from various disciplines. You’ll be super busy with getting to know Melio employees, core business and the best way to tell this story.

Who are we looking for?

A story teller – a person that can meet Melio employees and make a compelling story out of their skills and day to day
In-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing as well as industry trends
Proven track record in content creation, and digital storytelling that made an impact (with a strong emphasis on video)
Social media savvy; experience with running several social media channels and successful digital campaigns. (Instagram, Facebook, twitter and Linkedin are the ones we are aiming for)

Qualifications

Excacuter – Could lead a project from start to finish

Native level of written and spoken Hebrew and English
