Job Description

Spikerz is a VC-backed early stage cyber security startup, searching for a top-notch Content Marketer. In this role, you’ll be key in developing and implementing our marketing strategies. You’ll engage with diverse marketing methods and tactics. Importantly, you’ll oversee projects from the idea stage to completion.
Therefore, this role requires a deep understanding and execution of content marketing, creativeness, operational excellence, and being a dynamic and adaptive person.

Content Creation: Develop and manage the creation of various content types, including sales enablement decks, promotional video scripts, product content, blog posts, case studies, and more.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads and existing customers.
Operational Excellence: Manage and execute marketing projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Metrics and Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media: Develop the framework and strategy for social media operations, including crafting scripts, managing uploads, producing content, and updating across social media platforms.
Sales Enablement: Craft e-books and reports as part of our sales collateral, providing the sales team with tools to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience in marketing in a leading company.
Mastery of content marketing, with the ability to create compelling narratives and content that engage and convert.
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Native English speaker with strong written & communication skills and knowledge of cybersecurity terminology.


Understanding of the cybersecurity market and client needs, especially regarding digital asset protection.
Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales teams.
Analytical thinker capable of leveraging data and metrics to guide decisions and gauge success in the cybersecurity field (Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Basic proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its marketing tools, encompassing email and workflow functionalities.
