This unique center offers rehabilitation care and treatment for children ages 6 months – 3 years with developmental delays. The Holland Center is operated by Chimes Israel in collaboration with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, under the supervision of the Ministries of Welfare and Social Services. The center was established thanks to the contribution of the CIA and ICN organizations of Holland.
