The Masa Leadership and Impact Center ensures that Masa Fellows have a transformative experience in Israel and are equipped to mobilize change. By partnering with Masa organizers and maintaining direct touchpoints with Fellows, the Center provides meaningful and inspiring learning experiences. These are grounded in a strong sense of purpose and delivered through dynamic programming and large-scale events, empowering participants to connect, engage, and be actively involved in local communities and the Jewish world.
