Our mission is to spread Joy to the masses through music, entertainment, innovations and philanthropy. Interns are an integral part of our organization. Rather than our interns simply being helpers they are given roles which help shape the face and nature of Joy Records. We have 5 different departments at Joy Records; depending on skill sets and interests, interns may work in one or more of these departments.
