Spring 2026 Masa Wilf Leadership Summit
The Masa Wilf Leadership Summit is a four-day learning experience for 60 post-college Masa Fellows, designed to strengthen leadership abilities, foster meaningful peer connections, and engage with pressing issues facing Israel and the global Jewish community.
What the Summit offers
- An immersive four-day leadership experience
- Learning through different environments, including home groups, peer case consultations, and exposure visits
- Opportunities to practice leadership in real-time within complex systems
At the heart of the Summit is the Adaptive Leadership framework, developed by the Harvard Kennedy School. The program challenges traditional ideas of leadership by emphasizing responsibility, action, and learning over authority or position.
The Summit’s core leadership principles
- Leadership is not a title, it is a practice
- Leadership is about taking responsibility and acting as an effective agent of social change
- Leadership is a skill that can be learned, practiced, and strengthened
All graduates of the Summit receive a certification in Adaptive Leadership from the Masa Leadership Center and the Kansas Leadership Center.
Goals of the Summit:
- Articulate a personal purpose for exercising leadership.
- Apply the concepts of the Adaptive Leadership Framework.
- Recognize the individual leadership muscle and learn to expand it.
- Diagnose challenges and design experiment of effective intervention.
