Masa Diplomats offers exceptional young Jewish professionals an immersive journey into the world of international diplomacy through the unique lens of Israel’s diplomatic experience.

Over six intensive weeks in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, selected participants will:

  • Receive hands-on diplomatic training from active MFA officials and international diplomacy experts
  • Develop strategic communication and negotiation skills essential for global leadership
  • Gain deep insights into Israel’s history, foreign policy challenges, and diplomatic relations such as Israel in the UN and Bilateral relations.

This selective program is designed for accomplished young Jewish professionals who:
  • Has a bachelor's degree or higher (any field of study)
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and interest in international affairs
  • Have a passion for representing Israel and Jewish interests on the global stage
  • Seek to advance their careers in diplomacy, international business, non-profit leadership, or advocacy

Participants will be housed in modern accommodations in JLM, Israel's vibrant cultural and diplomatic hub, with easy access to embassies, international organizations, and MFA headquarters.
