To describe Bais Yaakov Keser Chaya is to describe a dedicated and vibrant staff, an academic curriculum, text based, with emphasis on practical application, and a student body of mature and motivated young women looking to maximize their time in Eretz Yisroel.
The students, carefully selected for their strong motivation and efforts are known for their self-actualization in their studies and personal growth.
The academic curriculum includes a variety of classes that delight the palate of each and every student.
Classes are varied ranging from תנ"ך, to tefilah, to ethics, to Jewish History, Shir Hashirim and Hebrew language. Many classes require advanced preparation of various commentaries of tanach, works of musar, and machshava.
Each class is deep and thought provoking, making room for practical application and self-development. By the end of the year our students are still thirsting for more classes with their teachers. Reports and thesis papers are dotted along the school year. These assignments are deemed personal, meaningful, and eye-opening for each individual student, and not “busy work”. Keser Chaya’s goal is for each student to experience tanach, mussur, machshava, and tefililah and yedios klaliyos, as not merely an intellectual pursuit of additional knowledge but as a springboard for self-actualization. In addition, our highly professional and qualified teachers are creating a warm, growing environment. Keser Chaya students often seek out staff members for assistance in academics as well as life matters. There is a strong focus on preparing students for their future productive roles as wives, mothers, in the workforce as well as being leaders of their prospective Jewish communities.

Our extra-curricular program is very much aligned with the curriculum. While we travel the length and breadth of Israel, we carefully plan out where to travel and when- in order to maximize the memorable experience and elicit a passion for and personal connection to Eretz Yisroel. We try to coincide visits to areas and sites with the events in the Jewish calendar, as well.
Our Shabbos placement program allows students to experience Shabbos in various yishuvim around Israel. A student only needs to state her preference of location and our placement networker uses her experience to find outstanding Shabbos options.

Thematic Shabbatonim every four weeks, Monthly Yemei Iyun focusing on timely topics, Rosh Chodesh and special days of the calendar create a year in which these young women can relive Jewish history around the Jewish calendar, in the Jewish homeland. Through all this, our students come to see Eretz Yisroel as their true homeland, not only as an interesting place to tour and sightsee.
