Advah Therapy & Wellness, a shared clinic space in Tel Aviv, is looking for an intern to aid in community building and related event planning. The ideal intern would be a driven and independent worker with an interest in topics in psychology and wellness advocacy to complement.

– Manage posts and stories for social media pages to boost engagement.
– Analyse insights and algorithms from social media.
– Organise events for ADVAH community and the extended Therapist Social Club (containing 80+ members).
– Understand what events are desired by ADVAH and TSC practitioners.
– Collate information from 80+ members of the Therapist Social Club to form PDF.
– Managing communication between community members (email, whatsapp group, etc.)
– Attending, recording (pictures, videos, etc) and following up on community events.

– Hands on experience with social media platforms and event management.
– Experience in marketing and social ventures/ event planning.
– To be able to demonstrate a passion for mental health and wellness advocacy.
– Organisational skills and ability to work independently and as a team with other interns.
– Ideal applicants will have proficiency in English.
– As our community is international, it would be desirable to speak any additional languages.
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Excellent writing skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Advah Therapy & Wellness, a shared clinic space in Tel Aviv, is looking for an intern to aid in community building and related event planning. The ideal intern would be a driven and independent worker with an interest in topics in psychology and wellness advocacy to complement.

– To complete follow up phone calls with potential clients (requires ethical practices in client intake protocols).
– Create content for psychology in the city newsletter: ask a therapist letter/ conduct interviews, write short topical articles, relevant news under the lens of psychology (both worldly and community based), updates on social events, take part in community events, aid practitioners with groups if relevant.
– Assist in creating content for social media based on psycho-educational resources with the social media team.

EXTRA: If desired, the psychotherapists / co-founders are happy to offer support in pursuing self-guided psychology/counseling related research efforts (ie, for graduate applications). This option is only valid if the intern is able to balance the required tasks of the position.

– Undergraduate studies and or equivalent in majors related to the field of Psychology.
– Able to demonstrate relevant work experience.
– Any experience working with clients in the field of mental health would be desirable but not essential.
– To be able to demonstrate a passion for mental health and wellness advocacy.
– Organisational skills and ability to work independently and as a team with other interns.

The ideal intern would be a driven and independent worker with an interest in topics in psychology and wellness advocacy to complement.

– Manage posts and stories for social media pages to boost engagement.
– Analyse insights and algorithms from social media.
– Research potential therapy and wellness practitioners, reach out via different platforms, and pitch the services offered by ADVAH/ TSC to boost involvement.
– Communicate with community members and update them on news and events.
– Collate information from 80+ members of the Therapist Social Club to form PDF.
– Research and record what events and mental health/ wellness workshops are desired by client community.

– Able to demonstrate experience in sales and marketing.
– Hands on experience with social media platforms.
– Comfortable with cold calling.
