Innovation Africa is looking for someone interested in using their experience in earth science (or a related field) as a tool to do good by helping provide clean water to rural villages in Africa. This is a great opportunity to take a passion for social justice and move it into meaningful action through technical analysis and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Projects include:
-Assist in researching water quality solutions for off-grid rural water quality projects.
-Assist in creating a water quality database and mapping/modeling water quality trends in order to improve project outcomes in providing safe water to rural communities all over Africa.
Required:
-Attention to detail
-Interest in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field
-Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred:
-Experience working in the above fields
-GIS or other mapping software
-Excellent organizational skills
