Living in Kiryat Shmona with a group of 24 volunteers has been the best experience! The area is breathtaking; we were surrounded by such greenery, awe-inspiring nature, and beautiful mountain views.

The community is small, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They were so happy to have volunteers and become involved with our many projects. The volunteer projects, such as working at a therapeutic mini-zoo, planting community gardens, beautifying parks, were really fulfilling. We also had a great nightlife, kibbutz hopping, hanging out with the Tel Hai college students, and making Israeli friends. Kiriyat Shmona will always feel like home to me.
