Netzer Year is an exciting gap year in Israel for recent high school grads where you get to live on a kibbutz, take part in hands-on volunteering in Israeli communities, travel extensively throughout the country, study in Jerusalem, interact with Israelis, and more! The program involves intensive leadership training, Hebrew and Jewish immersion studies, service-learning, and communal living.
Aardvark Israel Programs offer Jewish students from around the world the opportunity to “MAKE ISRAEL YOURS,” by providing a tailor-made, modular curriculum, so students can build a customized experience in Israel. Aardvark offers volunteering and internships, the chance to study and earn university academic credit, an opportunity to explore the hidden gems of Israel through trips and excursions, and independent living in apartments in the center of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Our experienced staff and high ratio of staff to students allow Aardvark to cater to the different interests of our international student population.
The Yahel Social Change Program combines hands-on volunteer work with in-depth learning and immersion in a local Israeli neighborhood. Two locations are now available; Work with the Arab-Israeli community in Lod, or the Ethiopian-Israeli community in Ramat Eliyahu, Rishon LeZion. Yahel partners with local grassroots organizations working in the fields of empowerment, community development and education.
Yeshivat Eretz Hatzvi is dedicated to instilling students with a love for Torah learning. The curriculum places a major emphasis on teaching the skills that will enable you to pursue independent study, in addition to Gemara, Limud Tanach, Halacha, Machshava, and leadership development.
