For more than two decades, Masa Israel Journey has been creating transformative educational programs, bringing young people from all over the world to Israel for an experience that goes far beyond tourism — an authentic and immersive journey of living in Israel, just like locals do.

At Masa, we believe that such experiences build a much deeper and longer-lasting connection to Israel — one that stays with our fellows for life.

But we also have another mission: we see our programs as a platform for cultivating the next generation of Jewish leadership. Research conducted by Masa shows that participants in long-term programs remain significantly more engaged in their Jewish communities, are much more likely to work within the Jewish world, and maintain a strong connection to both their Jewish identity and to Israel.

At Masa, we recognize the immense potential of these young people to become the future leaders of the Jewish people — individuals who can guide and strengthen Jewish communities worldwide toward a safer, brighter future.

The list before you demonstrate exactly that.

The Masa Changemakers List celebrates ten phenomenal young leaders who are changing the world every single day, making it a better place through their vision, courage, and commitment. The list was created not only to express our deep appreciation for their inspiring work, but also to showcase the power of individuals who act with purpose, dedication, and belief in their mission.

With more than 210,000 alumni around the globe, Masa’s community is filled with people capable of repairing the world — each in their own way. We are proud of every one of them and cannot wait to see the remarkable things they will continue to achieve.

In the meantime, we are honored to present Masa’s 2025 Changemakers List, and invite you to read their stories — and draw inspiration and hope for the future.
