You, your friends, and the Prime Minister

Posted April 30th, 2012
Next month, on May 22nd, Masa Israel will be holding its main end-of-year event in the International Convention Center in Jerusalem. The event will host approximately 3,000 Masa participants from around the world in the audience, and will feature the Prime Minister of Israel  Benjamin Netanyahu as a guest of honor.
While simply coming to the event will be a fantastic way to cap off your time in Israel, we want to give you a way to make it even more memorable.
We're giving current Masa Israel participants a chance to meet the Prime Minister.
All you have to do is share your enthusiasm for your time in Israel by getting together with some of your friends and creating a lib dub to the song "I've Got a Feeling." (Just click here to download the mp3 file).
It's simple--lip sync the words, stay on the beat, and use a single camera to film the whole thing. Bonus points if you can convey what you've been up to on your program this year! If you're not sure what a good lip dup should look like, here's a great example.
The group that submits the best clip before May 15th will get the chance to meet and take a picture with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the day of the event.
We'll be featuring the winning clip on a giant screen during the closing event, so please use the highest quality equipment you can!
Email your entry to and include the names and programs of the people in your group, plus a phone number where we can reach you. Don't forget to submit your clip by May 15th for a chance to meet the Prime Minister. (Only current Masa Israel participants are eligible to win).
If you have any questions, please contact Rotem from our production staff at 052-4881927.
Sound good? Get moving, you have a lip dub to make! We can’t wait to see what you produce.
Good luck!
Asaf Segev
Masa Israel Closing Event Director
