Program Description:
Placements can include: Jerusalem, community volunteering experiences near Tel Aviv, army, navy, youth aliya village, safari, kibbutz and more.
The program is divided into three main components: Jerusalem Academic Studies, Community Volunteering, and the Israeli Experience. One third of the program takes place in Jerusalem where students study innovative Jewish and Zionist courses including Hebrew. One third takes place in Tel Aviv/Bat Yam where students live in apartments, learn Hebrew, and do volunteer work. One third of the program is the Israeli Experience where students can choose from a menu of 40 different choices of volunteer and living experiences across the country which may include: kibbutz, moshav, army programs, naval academy, Magen David Adom (paramedic), fire department, environmental projects, field schools, youth aliyah villages, Eilat coral reef, etc.
Participants can earn up to a year's worth of college credit through the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, CA, while building leadership skills and developing and strengthening their relationship with the country’s land and people. Exciting new specialty options and extensions to enhance program experience are also available. See extras below.

Immersion into Israeli society. Hebrew Ulpan, volunteer opportunities, academic studies.
What is included?
Room and board, academic component accredited through the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, CA (earn up to a year's worth of college credit), round-trip international airfare, tiyulim, volunteer opportunities, travel, medical insurance, pre-departure orientation program.
Extras:
Participants come from all over North America, Great Britain and Israel. Brand new state of the art facility in Jerusalem! World travel with Olami and Specialty tracks for students with interests in Sports, Cooking, Performing and Visual Arts, Design, or Medicine.
