Program Overview The WUJS Arts program is a unique opportunity for Jewish artists from all over the world to combine studies in Hebrew and Israeli art with their own personal art medium such as visual art, music, photography, writing and performing. The arts track is designed with studio time built into the schedule to give artists the time and space needed to create and expand their portfolio. Artists will meet with a professional mentor on a monthly basis to assist and guide the creative process. All artists take the standard course ”Art in Israel”. This course is a combination of lectures, field trips and meetings with current leaders within the arts today. Artists can also choose elective courses in the following: Israeli Cinema, Israel Music, and Photography. Near the end of the program the artists will have the opportunity to exhibit/showcase their work in a Jerusalem gallery.
