Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at their home university as well as recent university graduates are invited to study at the University of Haifa in the International School for a semester or a year. The program grants a unique study- abroad experience combining challenging academics with the opportunity to be immersed in an Israeli university and in Israeli society. All of the courses in The International School are taught in English and are fully accredited. Students who are pro . cient in Hebrew are welcome to take courses in all other departments of the university. Students are encouraged to participate in a full range of social activities, including trips, tours, celebrations, and lectures.

Extras:
Academic credits: The University of Haifa is an accredited university under the auspices of Israel’ s Ministry of Education. All courses are academically accredited in accordance with the standards and criteria of North American and European universities. Integration/immersion in campus life: At the International School, we make every e . ort possible to integrate the students completely into campus life. Students in the International School may have Israeli students enrolled in the courses they choose to take. In the dormitories on campus, students will live with Israeli roommates. Additionally, through the numerous volunteer and internship possibilities, students will get to experience Israel firsthand as they leave campus to meet Israelis and participate in Israeli society.
