The Department of Psychology and the International School at the University of Haifa have joined forces to create the Honors Program in Psychology. The program is open to foreign students majoring in psychology, as well as psychology majors at the University of Haifa. The Honors Program in Psychology consists of a Psychology Honors Seminar, psychology elective courses, and an individualized directed- research project. The seminar is mandatory for all students in the Honors Program in Psychology, while the additional psychology courses and the individualized directed - research project are optional.

Academic studies, living with Israeli students at the campus dorms, social activities program, volunteer opportunities, language immersion.

Extras:
Academic credits: The University of Haifa is a fully accredited university under the auspices of Israel’ s Ministry of Education. All courses are academically accredited in accordance with the standards and criteria of North American and European universities. Integration/ immersion in campus life: At the International School, we make every effort possible to integrate the students completely into campus life. Students in the International School may have Israeli students enrolled in the courses they choose to take. In the dormitories on campus, students will live with Israeli roommates. Additionally, through the numerous volunteer and internship possibilities, students will get to experience Israel first- hand as they leave campus to meet Israelis and participate in Israeli society.
