Program Overview Shnat Netzer is a unique eight- or 10-month leadership-training program for young adults in Israel. The program is an international post-high school program for Bogrim (graduates) of Netzer Olami. The year is spent with participants from all over the world, including South Africa, Australia, North America, Germany, the United Kingdom, North America, and more.
Shnat Netzer develops, the skills and knowledge necessary to becoming young leaders in their movement, community or college/university. It facilitates personal development, offers opportunities to study Jewish and Zionist ideas and provides a structured environment for learning about and experiencing the Progressive movement’s principles and ideology.
Shnat Netzer is an exciting, challenging and stimulating way to spend a year in Israel and to be part of a group/communal way of life.
Shnat Netzer broadens horizons. It offers an opportunity for self-discovery and for individuals to explore what it means to be Jewish and to live in Israel. Participants are able to form life-long friendships with both fellow Shnatties and other Jews from around the world, with whom they will meet and live throughout the year.

Facilities / Lodging / Meals The price includes accommodations, meals and all the educational content. Holiday periods are not included.
