  Kivunim - New Directions

KIVUNIM: New Directions provides a unique opportunity for international travel combined with an Israel experience. KIVUNIM seeks to build “world-consciousness” – focusing on developing appreciation and understanding of the multi-cultural world in which we live, while enriching our understanding of the history and contemporary life of Jewish communities across half the globe. To accomplish this goal, KIVUNIM (while based and rooted in Israel) is built around field trips to countries such as: India, Morocco, Lithuania, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Spain, The Czech Republic and Hungary. The travel program is supported by preparatory academic study while in Israel. KIVUNIM: New Directions is Israel-centered but not Israel-exclusive.affiliation: Unaffiliated
