MASA's Standards and Regulations guidebook sets out the framework and rules for Program Organizers whose educational programs form the basis for the MASA project.  The guidebook endeavors to set an appropriate standard for every aspect of long term educational programs, including marketing programs, recruiting and screening participants, bringing them to Israel and security issues.  Equally important, the guidebook outlines MASA's vision and, therefore, will be a useful guide for all the entities involved in the project.
